Vocational Rehabilitation Services for People with MS

The University of Washington's Departments of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine and the Multiple Sclerosis Association of King County are proud to announce a new vocational services program for individuals with MS.  The program is designed to assist  individuals with vocational concerns and to plan for the future needs of people with MS.

Do any of the following apply to you or someone with MS you know:

  • I am having difficulty maintaining my current work hours because of my MS

  • I am having difficulty performing all of my job tasks because of my MS

  • I am interested in a career change to prepare me for the future of living and working with MS

  • I have lost or left my job because of MS

  • I would like to work part-time or full-time but am not sure I can because of my MS

  • I might need to consider home-based employment

  • I am worried about the work status of a friend or loved one with MS

If so, please contact Dave Koepnick at 206-744-9135 or email him at dkhmc@u.washington.edu for a free initial evaluation. For more information about this program, please visit their website at www.nvsrehab.org.
